This website is operated by Spark Now LLC under the Clean Sip brand. By using it or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. They do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Pre-orders and payment status

Payment is taken through Stripe checkout. Your bottle is reserved from the first production run once payment is completed and the order is accepted.

Prices and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. The bottle is $27.99 and a replacement cartridge is $13.99. Free US shipping applies to the first run. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. We currently offer first-run delivery within the United States only.

Estimated delivery and cancellation

Estimated ship: Q1 2027. Estimated date. You will be notified before shipping and can cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Shipping is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will notify customers before dispatch and communicate material production changes.

Returns

A 30-day return window starts when you receive your order. Contact us to arrange a return. See Shipping and returns for the process. Do not ship a return to an unconfirmed address.

Product information

Images are renders of the final design; the product shown is a pre-order item. Clean Sip is a filtration product, not a medical product. We do not promise health outcomes. Use and care instructions supplied with the product apply.

Site use and intellectual property

Use this site lawfully, provide accurate contact information and do not interfere with its operation. Clean Sip branding, photography and content belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

Availability and errors

We may correct errors in product information or availability. If an accepted paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide the applicable refund. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
