First-run shipping
Shipping is free within the United States for the first production run. International shipping is not available for this run. Join the update list for international availability.
Pre-order timing
Estimated ship: Q1 2027. Estimated date. You will be notified before shipping and can cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund. The production window is an estimate; delivery dates depend on dispatch and the carrier. We will email you before shipping.
Cancellation before dispatch
For a paid pre-order, email hello@drinkcleansip.com with your order reference before dispatch to request cancellation and a full refund. No payment is taken when you only save details while checkout is closed.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order reference and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions and the return address; do not send goods before receiving those instructions.
We will explain any applicable return-shipping arrangements before you send the item back. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.
Damage, incorrect items or delivery issues
Contact us if your item arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive as expected. Include the order reference and a description; photos can help us resolve the issue. This policy does not remove your statutory rights.
